Vacation apartment rental: This is a lovely and spacious apartment, well decorated and on the first floor of a 17th century building, that has no elevator. The location is fabulous, situated on one of the most elegant streets in the very heart of Rome. The apartment has two large bedrooms: one with a double bed standard size, and the second one with a queen size bed. The living room is decorated with two long couches which turn into individual beds, and there is a dining area, with a long wooden table and its chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove with 4 burners, an oven, a large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a hair dryer. There is also the possibility of adding two individual beds, (if asked before hand), with orthopedic mattresses! Ideal for 6 but ready to receive 8 people, the apartment comes with: an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, TV, washing machine, autonomous heating and air conditioner in the bedrooms, and a baby cot (if asked before hand). The two bedrooms have airconditioning.
